As always, these are templates for you to use 'as is' or you can switch around snacks or meals to suit your lifestyle and/or nutritional needs.

I recommend shopping for all your ingredients on one day and slicing up all your veggies as soon as you come home. Select a second day where you food prep lunches and meals so that you make your week as simple and stress free as possible.
