Following a vegetarian diet is a fun & flavourful experience. I learned this after making the switch to a plant based diet after years of eating meat. The biggest issues I had were finding recipes that were delicious, easy to make and healthy for me. This is why I created this cookbook - to give you some recipe inspiration and to motivate you to try some new dishes.
